Stay Motivated

We all have the same exact amount of hours in a day, days in a week, weeks in a month and months in a year so how is it then that some people stay motivated and create what seems like the life of their dreams while others become their spectators.
Which one are you?

We all know the answer to this it lies deep within and I’m sure if you are reading this post then you are hoping at least to be one of the few that also stay motivated and manifest your dream life too.

We can all get motivated at some point when it’s necessary to fulfill an important task or carry out one of our ‘must do duties’ but what about when it comes to fulfilling your own dreams and goals.

If you have ever had a great idea and I am sure that you have had plenty maybe for beginning a business, creating healthier habits, making more of an effort with your loved ones or anything else then I also know that at the start of your quest you were probably full of energy and felt naturally motivated. However after the first few days when the fire inside you began to fizzle that motivation and positive thinking dwindled and your great idea became nothing more than another dream.

So what happened? Well if you want something bad enough then you must be willing to put in all of the necessary work to achieve it and that involves not only positive thinking but also lots of self-love, confidence, and self-esteem as well as a vision of your dream life so you know exactly what you are working on when the motivation disappears.

I like to pride myself on doing what I need to do no matter how I am feeling. Whether tired, sad, angry or frustrated I can always get what I need to do done. I stay motivated by always focusing, strong work ethic and dedication to the task and my ultimate goal.

How to Stay Motivated

Believe that you are your own creator of motivation and understand the power of momentum. Once you begin doing something especially if it is your passion no matter how you may have initially felt about the task eventually you will pick up momentum and finish what you had set out to do.

Completing your tasks fuels your confidence and sense of self-worth immensely and the more you do that the better you ultimately become.

So whatever you are wanting to do, like Nike says ‘just do it’ and when it’s done put a big tick next to that item on your to-do list.
